We do not specialize in long-term historical tours, but when traveling along the Silk Road, we will be able to organize visits to historical sites of Southern Kazakhstan either as special trips or on the way from one place to another.
Ahmed Yassavi, Arystan-Bab, Otrar
These Muslim shrines are located 200-250 km away from us and their inspection may well take one day. Staying near each of the objects for 1-2 hours, you can leave early (at 7 o’clock) and return to the guest house at 21-22 o’clock. It is possible to combine this excursion with departure to Almaty from Shymkent. You can spend the night in Turkestan and continue your journey to the north of Kazakhstan (for example, to the Aral Sea, which interests many).
Aisha-Bi bi and Babaji-Khatun
These two mausoleums are located on the road to (or from) Taraz (10 km from Taraz). And of course, you can plan to visit them by moving along the Tashkent – Almaty highway. Visiting them can take up to an hour.
This mausoleum is located in the center of Taraz. And if you do not plan to stay in Taraz, then it can take up to an hour and a half to inspect it with arrival in the city and departure. In the square where the mausoleum of Karakhan is located, another small mausoleum of Dauletkhan has been built.
This is a modern mausoleum built at the end of the 20th century in the Baydibek district. You can get here by the Sayan road to Turkestan (although it is much worse than the Shymkent one), or combine it with an excursion to Boraldai.
